The onwer of an iPhone 5 called to repair the screen of his phone yesterday. I met him last night to do the repair but I was unfortunately unable to repair the phone.
The phone was left with a broken screen for too long and was showing signs that it might have been in contact with water in the upper right corner.
I installed a brand new screen but the LCD never turned on. It looks like the water damage might have broken something on the motherboard as I could not get the LCD to turn on even after trying different screens. The phone was ON but no image.
This is where I strongly suggest you get your phone fixed ASAP when you break it.
